TENOSYNOVITIS

Inflammation of the synovial lining of a tendon sheath caused by mechanical irritation of infection. Often associated with overuse and repetitive movements. A similar inflammatory process can affect the paratenon of those tendons without synovial sheaths (peritendinitis).

TENNIS ELBOW

Tendinopathy of the common origin of the forearm extensors causing pain and tenderness at the lateral aspect of the elbow and down the forearm.

Klasifikasi Cedera Saraf Perifer

• Neuropraxia : terjadi kerusakan saraf terlokalisi, tidak menimbulkan kematian akson, dapat sembuh dengan cepat.
• Aksonotmesis : degenerasi wallerian, menimbulkan kematian akson, dapat sembuh dalam jangka waktu.
• Neurotmesis : saraf dan struktur penyokong nya putus / rusak, tidak dapat sembuh kembali.
